A quick 10-minute survey to hear about the type of youth leadership opportunities you want and how you want to have a say on plans and decisions that affect you.


Co-design workshops – applications now closed

A selected group of young people are currently participating in workshops that were open for registrations from Tuesday 21 April 2026 to Sunday 3 May 2026. The information below reflects the workshop details advertised at the time:

Workshops for 14-22-year-olds:

  • You will participate in three interactive co‑design workshops focused on designing leadership programs and ways that young people’s voices are heard in planning, services, and decision-making.
  • Attend 3 co-design workshops at the City of Wanneroo Civic Centre in Wanneroo, on the following dates and times:
    • Saturday, 9 May between 10am – 2:30pm (includes lunch)
    • Tuesday, 2 June between 4:30pm-6:30pm
    • Tuesday, 16 June between 4:30pm-6:30pm
  • You will be paid for your time, build valuable skills and gain experience that looks great on your CV.
  • Workshops are hosted by a consultant – Youth Affairs Council WA (YACWA) and supported by City of Wanneroo youth workers.
  • Further workshop details are provided via the registration form.
