The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes proposes the construction of a retaining wall adjacent to the north-western boundary. The wall will have a height of 1.4 metres and be built with a zero-metre setback, positioned 4.5 metres from the edge of the designated setback line.
The proposed Single House Extension includes a variation to the building height standards. The height to the eaves will be 8.5 metres, exceeding the maximum permitted height of 7 metres. The overall building height, including the pitched roof, will be 10.5 metres, which is 0.5 metres above the allowable maximum of 10 metres.To Comment
