The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a Restaurant/Café and Sales Office. The development includes the following:

• 551m² Restaurant/Café and 38m² Sales Office;
• Alfresco dining and a takeaway coffee sales area;
• 37 on-site car bays including one ACROD bay;
• Up to 300 persons capacity;
• Restaurant operating hours as follows:
  • Monday to Thursday 12:00pm to 10:00pm;
  • Friday to Saturday 7:00am to 12:00am; and
  • Sunday 7:00am to 10:00pm.
• Sales Office Operating hours:
  • Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday 12:00pm to 4:00pm.
