The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a Single House Addition (Outbuilding) which is to be setback 1.5m from the southwestern boundary. The Outbuilding has a length of 14m by 6m, a wall height of 2.9m and a total height of 3.8m to the pitched roof.
