The application proposes a retaining wall to the western and northern site boundaries. Details of the retaining wall that requires public consultation are as follows:

• The retaining wall to the western boundary is proposed to be 0.6 metres above the Natural Ground Level (NGL) at its closest point to the street boundary. It proposes to increase in height to a total of 2.4 metres above NGL at the northwestern corner of the site.
• The retaining wall to the northern boundary is proposed to be 0.4 metres at the northeastern corner of the site. It proposes to increase in height to a total of 3.1 metres above NGL at the northwest corner of the site.
