The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes proposes the construction of a single house on the vacant lot, with a maximum wall height of 7.2 metres in lieu of the permitted 7 metres. The increased height occurs at the rear of the dwelling due to the natural ground levels on the site.

Additionally, the application seeks a variation to the balcony setback requirements in relation to the cone of vision. The proposed balcony is set back 6 metres from the southern boundary, instead of the required 7.5 metres.
