Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the construction of a retaining wall at the rear of the property. When viewed from the adjoining property at 3 Arney Court, the wall will have a maximum visible height of 0.5 metres. From the subject property, the maximum height including the proposed cut will be 2.2 metres. A 1.8-metre-high dividing fence with a rendered finish is proposed to be built atop the retaining wall.
