The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment. The amended LDP proposes changes to the allocation of Quiet House Design (QHD) packages for lots affected by noise exposure from Yanchep Beach Road. These amendments are required following a revision to the noise wall design, which has been reduced in height from 2.4 metres to 1.8 metres. To support this change, a revised Acoustic Report has been prepared, resulting in the following amendments to the LDP:

• The introduction of QHD Package A for Lot 992 to address Exposure A noise levels; and
• The amendment of QHD Package A to QHD Package B for Lots 979–991, reflecting Exposure B noise levels.
