The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• The Education Establishment is intended to be staged development, with the current application proposal including:
  • A two storey Early Learning Centre;
  • A two storey Science Block;
  • Two hardcourts - one covered and one uncovered;
  • A single storey outbuilding;
  • An oval; and
  • Car parking areas to be on the Western and Southern portions of the site comprising of 127 car parking bays, including 2 accessible car bays;
• Access to the car parks in proposed from St Andrews Drive and Peppermint Avenue;
• A maximum of 288 students to be accommodated within stage 1 of the Education Establishment and maximum of 1,200 students and 85 staff to be accommodated with the Education Establishment upon full completion; and
• Associated site works, landscaping and signage.
