The proposal was previously advertised in May 2024 (reference: DA2024/526). The application was then withdrawn following conclusion of the advertising period.

Details of the proposal are as follows:

• The single storey Child Care Premises is to be developed on the southern portion of the site;
• A maximum of 92 children to be accommodated on site at any one time;
• A maximum of 15 staff members to be accommodated on site at any one time;
• Operating hours of Monday to Friday between 6:30am to 7:00pm;
• A total of 23 car bays are located on the property including five (5) dedicated staff bays and 17 visitor bays (one of which is an ACROD bay);
• Three additional parking bays are proposed in the St Andrews Drive verge; and
• Associated site works, landscaping and signage.
