• A maximum of 8 adults and 3 kids are proposed at any one time.
• The proposed use will occupy the entirety of the property.
• A total of 3 car bays can be contained on the site.
• Check-in time is from 3pm – 8pm, and check-out time is between 7am – 11am.
• Guests must stay a minimum of 7 nights.
• A Management Plan has been provided by the applicant which will be available to view online, outlining how the use will be managed.
