The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes Patio to the rear of the property:

• 1.8m heigh fence to be built on top of the retaining wall 0.7m in solid the remaining in visual permeable.
• Proposed retaining wall of 2.3m to Brazier Road with a 3.1m setback from the property boundary.
