Proposal details
The abovementioned amendment is being advertised for public comment and proposes to rezone a portion of Lot 9001 (148) Toreopango Avenue, Yanchep from ‘Business’ to ‘Residential’. The amendment also seeks to change the density code of the site from ‘R60 – R100’ to ‘R20 – R60’.
The area subject to the amendment is approximately 2.5 hectares in size and is located to the north of the Toreopango Avenue and Marmion Avenue intersection.
