Public comment is invited on the abovementioned amendment in regard to land located at Lot 9051 (251K) Yanchep Beach Road, Yanchep. A map of the structure plan amendment area is included below.

The amendment proposes to:

• Change the zoning of a 2,251m² portion of Lot 9051 (251K) Yanchep Beach Road bound by Elsey Lane to the south, Yabbra Entrance to the west and Yanchep Beach Road to the north from ‘Commercial’ to ‘Residential’; and
• Introduce a density coding range of R30 – R60 for the land subject to rezoning.
