The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes:

• Five (10) grouped dwellings and retaining walls on the above-mentioned site;
• The grouped dwellings are all single storey with maximum 3.4m wall height and maximum 5.2m ridge height;
• The retaining wall along northern boundary proposes maximum 0.9m high fill; and
• The retaining wall along western lot boundary proposes maximum 0.9m high fill.
