The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

  • A single storey Tavern with a floor area of 534m2 is to be developed on the north western portion of the site;
  • Proposed operating hours of:
  • A maximum capacity of 600 patrons;
  • Access to the development via Mowatt Close;
  • Provision of a total of 114 car parking bays across the site to service the proposed Tavern and the existing Gym; and
  • Associated landscaping and signage.
  • 10:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday; and
  • 10:00am to 12:00am Saturday to Sunday.
