Proposal details
The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:
- An outbuilding used for storage of 4x commercial vehicles. The outbuilding is located centrally within the lot and is setback 15 metres from the eastern boundary and 32 metres from the western boundary.
- 15x sea containers used to store existing mulch and sand on the site. The sea containers are setback 5m from the western boundary.
- Workforce accommodation to provide temporary accommodation for staff, comprising the following:
- 2x two bedroom and 2x three bedroom transportable dwellings used to house a maximum of 10 occupants at any one time;
- Occupants will be employees of the landowner’s business; and
- Duration of stay is approximately 2 weeks at a time.
