The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a Single House Addition (Patio) to the South-Eastern boundary of the site. Details of the application that requires consultation are as follows:

• 11.6-metres in length on the northern side.
• 0.5-metre setbacks on the northern and eastern side.
• 0.7-metre setbacks on the southern side.
