The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a Change of Use for the existing shed to Community Purpose, with the development proposing the following.

• Use of the shed for a commercial kitchen providing services to people with disabilities and those requiring assistance as partnered with ‘No Limits’.
• Construction of a detached toilet to the middle of the lot adjacent the western lot boundary (15m setback).
• Operations proposed from Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm.
• No more than 4 people on site at any one time.
• Established dwelling to be retained and used for private residential purposes.
