The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• Shed is 8.6 metres in width parallel to the rear south-west boundary;
• Shed is 24 metres in length parallel to the side south-east boundary;
• Shed incorporates a wall height of 3 metres and is 3.7 metres in height overall; and
• Shed is setback 32 metres from the rear south-west boundary and 1.5 metres from the south-east side boundary.
