The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a Service Station which incorporates the following:

• 150m² ‘Convenience Store’; 8 refuelling bays;
• 1 air and water refill bay;
• 8 parking bays on site including one accessible bay;
• Bicycle parking; and
• 6-metre high pylon sign and associated signage.
