Proposal details
The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:
- The existing building on the site is to be demolished and replaced by a 230m2 Fast Food Outlet, with an additional 43m² covered alfresco dining area;
- Access to the site is retained via existing shared driveways with neighbouring lots to the north and south, connecting to Wanneroo Road and Noonan Drive.
- Vehicular circulation system allowing for vehicle movement between the car park, drive-through, and adjoining lots;
- Dual-lane drive-through facility with the capacity to accommodate up to 10 vehicles (upstream of order pick-up window);
- A total of 24 on-site car parking bays (including two ACROD bays) and 2 waiting Bays;
- Fast-food restaurant would operate 24/7 on weekdays and weekends;
- Associated landscaping.
