The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• A maximum of 6 guests are proposed at any one time.
• Bookings are for a minimum of 3 nights and maximum of 90.
• Check-in is between 2pm and 9pm.
• Check out is between 7am and 11am.
• The proposed use will occupy the entire dwelling.
• 2 car parking bay for the guests can be contained on the site.
• A Management Plan has been provided by the applicant which will be available to view online. The management plan includes the guests code of conduct and procedures for managing complaints and maintenance.
