The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a Community Purpose and associated carpark at 18 Franklin Road, Wanneroo. Details of the proposal include:

• A maximum of 20 members on site at any one time;
• 18 bitumen car parking bays and 13 gravel overflow bays;
• Meetings are to be help inside the existing dwelling;
• Committee meetings for members of the committee will be held once per week. Meetings in the evening are typically held from 6:00pm to 8:00pm; and
• General meetings will be held mid-morning on an as needed basis. The approximate time frames for these meetings are 10:00am to 12:00pm.
