The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes two LED Panel signs which encompasses the following:

• Signs to be attached to a new third storey structure above the existing building on the site with a maximum building height of 11.4 metres;
• Signs will be visible from both the northbound and southbound directions of Wanneroo Road;
• Signage panels will be 9 metres wide and 3 metres in height; and
• Signage will be used for ‘third party’ advertising.
