The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes an amendment to Development Application DA2025/562 to allow signage for the fast-food outlet. The proposal includes one (1) illuminated pylon sign with a diameter of 2.2 metres and an overall height of 6 metres, along with associated signage on the building façade and within the associated car park.
