The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes to utilise the existing dwelling for short-term accommodation purposes (Holiday House). The proposal includes a Management Plan which stipulates a maximum of 6 guests at any one time. Parking is to be contained within the property on the driveway and/or in the existing garage with a max of 4 car parking spaces provided.
