Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a change of use to brewery and details are as follows:

  • A maximum of 75 patrons at any given time;
  • A maximum of 4 staff at any given time;
  • Operational hours – Monday to Sunday 10am – 10pm; and
  • An operational management plan has been provided by the applicant, which will be available to view online, outlining how the use will be managed and run.
