The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• An office area, workshop, and storage spaces associated with the operation of a residential construction company.
• Attendance of up to two (2) staff members on site.
• Hours of operation: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Occasional large vehicle deliveries, estimated to occur up to three (3) times per year.
