The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes three grouped dwellings on the subject site with a maximum wall height of 3.5m and ridge height of 5.5m.
Lot 3 proposes 17.6m long boundary wall along eastern lot boundary. The application proposes a retaining wall along northern lot boundary with maximum 0.5m high fill.
