The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• Telecommunications infrastructure (mobile phone base station)
• Construction of a 35-metre-high monopole telecommunications tower
• Installation of six panel antennas to support 4G and 5G mobile network services
• Development of a secure fenced compound (approximately 14m × 6m / 84m²) at the rear of the property;
• Installation of a ground-level equipment shelter and associated telecommunications equipment.
• Access to the facility will be via the existing driveway from Dellamarta Road
• The facility will operate unmanned, with only occasional maintenance visits required;
• To maintain and improve mobile phone coverage and network capacity
