The application proposes the following:

• A Large Format Digital Pylon Sign located to the northwestern corner of the site;
• The sign is 13 metres in height and incorporates two LED signage panels;
• Each LED signage panel is 12.1 metres by 4.1 metres in dimension and is orientated to address traffic moving eastbound and westbound along Ocean Reef Road; and
• The signage panels are intended to display third party advertising material.
