The abovementioned development application proposes the change of use of the approved land use to Tenancy 4 from Educational Establishment to Nightclub. The details of the application are as follows:

• The nightclub relates to the Educational Establishment (Music) school operating as Dynamic Music Academy at Unit 3, 32 Prindiville Drive, Wangara;
• The nightclub will operate as a Live Music Venue and will operate outside the operation hours of the music school operating at Unit 3;
• The proposed hours of operation are as follows:

• Friday 7:30pm to 12am; and
• Saturday and Sunday: 6:00pm to 12am.
