Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

  • Seven (7) warehouses with a total internal floor area of 18,505m2;
  • A Service Station with a canopy to accommodate Twelve (12) refuelling bays, with the proposed opening hours as follows: 24/7 operations proposed;
  • Motor Vehicle Repair with five (5) service bays, with the proposed opening hours as follows: Monday to Friday – 7:00am – 6:00pm; Saturdays – 7:00am – 5:00pm; Sunday and public holidays closed;
  • A Car wash with three (3) automatic wash tunnels and four (4) manual wash bays;
  • 199 car parking bays across the site
  • Proposed access via Gnangara Road, Destiny Way and Wisdom Terrace; and
  • Associated siteworks, signage and landscaping.
