Proposed Industry (4 x Units), Bulky Goods Showroom and Warehouse/Storage (Amendment to DA2021/1951)

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment from 18 September 2024 to 2 October 2024.

The application involves the repositioning and reconfiguration of the previously approved showroom and warehouse development on the site. Details of the application are as follows

  • The land use of the four rear units being modified from a showroom/warehouse to industry (4 x units), each with an associated office;
  • The building relocated to incorporate a nil setback to the northern boundary;
  • Reconfiguration of car parking areas, internal driveways, and landscaping;
  • Inclusion of a warehouse/storage unit on the western boundary identified as Unit 5;
  • Inclusion of a bulky goods showroom east of the existing convenience store/service station identified as Unit 6; and
  • A total of 159 car parking spaces
