The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• Movement and storage of up to 230,000m³ of material from Lot 9006 (adjoining to the West) to the subject site;
• Works envisaged to occur over a seven-week period from date of commencement;
• Sand scrapers already operating on Lot 9006 as part of the subdivision works will extract from Lot 9006 and transport to and deposit on lot 9005;
• Maximum of four sand scrapers will be used, and it will take approximately 325 movements a day to form the stockpile;
• Sand scraper movements to occur between the hours of 7:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 7.30am – 5.00pm on Saturday; and
• Movements will be between:
  • Lot 9006 > Lot 9005.
