Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

  • An outbuilding with attached awning which is proposed to be 31 metres by 12 metres, with an attached awning of dimension 15 metres by 5 metres. With a proposed finished floor level of 13.33, a wall height of 5.5 metres and a ridge height of 6.6 metres;
  • The proposed structure is setback 110 metres from the southern lot boundary, 79 metres from the western lot boundary, 23 metres from the northern lot boundary and 41 metres from the east lot boundary; and
  • Associated site works.
