The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• An outbuilding which is proposed to be 25 metres by 12 metres, with an attached awning with dimensions of 5 metres by 5 metres. The outbuilding has a proposed finished floor level of 28.4, a wall height of 4.2 metres and a ridge height of 5.3 metres;
• The proposed structure is setback 5 metres from the southern lot boundary, 93 metres from the western lot boundary, 68 metres from the northern lot boundary and 22 metres from the east lot boundary; and
• Associated site works.
