The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a new shed to replace the existing shed. The proposed shed is 6.9m wide with 1m setback to southern lot boundary and 7m long with 1m setback to western lot boundary. The proposal has a 2.7m wall height and 3.6m ridge height. There are no changes proposed to existing floor levels.
