Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

Clause 5.1.3 Lot Boundary Setbacks

  • Proposed ground floor building setback of 1.025 metres to the northern lot boundary in lieu of 3.4m metres
  • Proposed ground floor building setback of 1 metre to the eastern lot boundary in lieu of 1.5 metres
  • Proposed upper floor building setback of 1.025 metres to the northern lot boundary in lieu of 2.5 metres
  • Proposed upper floor building setback of 1 metre to the eastern lot boundary in lieu of 2.2 metres

  • Clause 5.1.6 Building Height

  • Proposed building height (wall) at a maximum of 8.4 metres in lieu of 7 metres (refer to southern elevation)
  • Proposed building height (wall) at a maximum of 7.1 metres in lieu of 7 metres (refer to northern and eastern elevations)

  • Clause 5.4.1 Visual Privacy

  • Proposed visual privacy setback of 2.6 metres in lieu of 7.5m from the upper floor entertaining area to the eastern boundary
  • LPP 2.4 – Site Works & Retaining for Residential Development

  • Proposed building pad level of 13.2m in lieu of 12.67m
