The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

• Building Envelope Modification: The building envelope is proposed to be setback 9m from the eastern boundary and 6m from the western boundary.
• Patio: The development proposes a 11m L x 10m W x 2.6 H Patio that is setback 9m from the eastern boundary.
• Outbuilding Extension: The development proposes the extension of an existing outbuilding with the following dimensions. 11m W x 12.3m L x 2.5 – 2.7m H and is proposed to be setback 6.5m from the eastern boundary
• Outbuilding: The development proposes a 7m L x 11m W x 4.2m H outbuilding that is setback 6.5m from the western boundary.
