The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a two-storey single house at the above address. The dwelling entry is orientated towards Apollo Lane. The application proposes to remove the existing retaining wall along Apollo Lane and excavate the retained level to match the lane’s level.
The upper floor has balconies facing Jordan Street and Apollo Lane. The upper floor decking is screened by minimum 1.6m high privacy screen towards south to restrict views onto southern neighbour.
