Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a Single House on the vacant lot. Details of the application that require public consultation include:

  • The dwelling proposes a setback of 1.6 metres from the southern boundary in lieu of the 2.4 metres required.
  • The alfresco proposes a setback of 2.5 metres from the northern boundary in lieu of the 4.5m required.
  • The proposed verandahs and alfresco overlooks the adjoining property to the north by a total area of 104.7m2.
  • The proposed dwelling overlooks the adjoining property to the south by a total area of 14m2.
