The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a patio with a privacy‑screen wall featuring a reduced setback of 12.2 m to the eastern boundary, in lieu of the required 15 m.

In addition, the application includes a reduced setback for the patio along the western elevation, proposing a distance of 12.1 m in lieu of the required 15 m, consistent with the alignment of the existing workshop. A limestone entry wall is also proposed, with a setback of 9 m from the western elevation within the front setback area.
