Proposal details
The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:
- A secure lifestyle village (“Park Home Park”) with communal recreational facilities;
- 360 future dwelling lots and associated roadways (dwellings do not form part of this application. Dwelling design will be confirmed by purchaser);
- Two main communal buildings, being the ‘country club’ and ‘ocean lodge’, which comprise of sporting areas, lounges, dining facilities, pools, cinema and other recreational facilities.
- A total of 105 visitor parking bays (resident parking bays will be confirmed as part of the dwelling application) and 25 caravan/boat parking bays;
- Internal landscaping, including to surrounding the future dwellings, and to the two main outdoor recreational areas; and
- Gated vehicle access via Damepattie Drive.
