Proposal details
The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:
- Two (2) building components
of 270m² and 307m² adjoined by an outdoor alfresco area and verandahs;
- Seven (7) commercial
tenancies intended for food and beverage, retail, health services and
office;
- An outdoor alfresco seating
area;
- Shared toilets, amenities
area and enclosed bin store area on the eastern side of the development;
- A total of 37 on-site car
parking bays including one ACROD bay and a delivery bay;
- Two new vehicle crossovers
to Gift Way, including one two-way crossover on the western side and a one
way exit only crossover on the eastern side of the development;
- Associated signage and landscaping.
