The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes a Change of Use to Car Park (Boat Parking) at the above address. Details of the application that require public consultation are as follows:

• Three parking bays are proposed in the middle of the site. The bays are proposed to be used for the parking of boats;
