Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

  • An increase in the building envelope from 1200m2 to 2000m2 to the south of the property;
  • The outbuilding is setback 9.5 metres from the eastern lot boundary and 17 metres from the southern lot boundary;
  • An outbuilding of dimension 14 metres by 10.5 metres located within the proposed building envelope; and
  • The outbuilding has a wall height of 2.5 metres and a ridge height of 3.426 metres.
