Proposal details

The City is considering traffic management treatments along Kemp Street, from Archer Street to Lenore Road, to address concerns of speeding, hooning and poor driver behaviour in the area.

The proposed treatments would include raised speed plateau at the Kemp Street intersections with Zingarello Street, Albana Grove/Tocai Way, Brooklyn Avenue, Giardino Way and Pinot Loop. Speed humps would be added between the raised speed plateaus to reduce risk of speeding and improve road safety without impacting property access.

All proposed treatments have been designed in accordance with the Main Roads WA and Australian Standards.

A copy of the concept plan (4577-1-0) is included - see Related documents section.
