Proposal details

The abovementioned development application is being advertised for public comment and proposes the following:

  • an ancillary dwelling located to the west of subject site. The ancillary dwelling is located 3 metres from the street boundary with 12 metres long boundary wall along your shared boundary. The ancillary dwelling has a wall height and ridge height of 2.4 metre and 4.3 metre respectively.
  • the application also proposes to enclose the existing carport into a garage. No other changes to existing crossover and driveway are proposed.
